Wedding Reception Rental Fee: $1200.00 for a five (5) hour function

Wedding Ceremony and Reception Rental Fee: $1600.00

By the Hour Rental Fee: Call for Rates (3 hour min.)

Upper level (The Great Hall) seats 150 people

Lower level (Tara Hall) seats 250 people

Tara Hall Includes a dance floor and 42' flat screen television.

The Great Hall has a baby Grand piano and 50" flat screen television.

Hourly rates vary according to the guest number, season, time length, and day of the week of the function.

Castle Barrett rental charges include the following:

Complete set-up of all tables and chairs, white linen tablecloths, skirting for head, cake, buffet, gift

and sign-in tables. 12x12 mirror with 2 votive candles, cake cutting service and clean-up.

Public Address System (PA) with standing microphone.

Bose sound system with CD, I-pod capability.

Stage in the Tara Hall for bands or guest speakers.

Outside caterer provide: plates, silverware, napkins, chafers, warmers and wait staff. Food must be cleaned-up or packed-up and disposed of.

If a cater chooses to use our kitchen to prepare food they must have a signed check list before leaving the function or the host will be responsible for a $200.00 cleaning fee of the kitchen. All caterers are required to return all areas used back to original condition. Preferred Vendor List under Food & Drink tab

Castle Barrett will not be held responsible for any food that is brought into or taken from the building.

The use of our china, glassware, stainless steel flatware, water carafes, salt & pepper on all tables at an

additional fee of $2.00 per person. Wait staff of two (2) will be charged when using our place settings, with a fee of $150.00 for the five (5) hours.

Coffee can be purchased at a per person rate.

One (1) bottle of champagne in ice bucket for bride and groom.

Nut bowls, mint trays, cake knife and champagne glasses available at no extra charge.

Liquor and Bartender Fees:

Castle Barrett will charge a bartender fee of $15.00 per hour with a three (3) hour minimum for each bartender. One bartender will be supplied for each 100 guest.

We reserve the right to discontinue serving without notice should we find that a minor is consuming alcoholic beverages or when Nebraska law is being violated by a guest. No beverages are to be taken outside

Liquor pricing:

Liquor: House brands - $4.00 per drink, Call brands - $5.00 per drink, Premium and Cordials - $6.00 and up

Wine: House Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet - $5.00 per glass

Beer: Domestic, Non alcohol brands - $3.50 per bottle, Imports and Premium brands - $4.25 per bottle and up,

Domestic draft pints (16oz) - $2.75 per glass.

Soft drinks and Fruit juice: $1.50 per glass.

Champagne: $25.00 per bottle

Kegs: Domestic - $250.00 each

At Castle Barrett we only charge for what is consumed. You never pay a bottle opening fee.

Deposits for beverage are as follows: 50% of the estimated charges thirty days prior to the event; the remaining 50% of the estimate, commensurate with the guaranteed guest count, no later than three business days prior to the event.

Guarantees

A final confirmation or "guarantee" of your anticipated number of guests is required by 12:00 noon, three (3) business days before any banquet function. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of weather related cancellations, Castle Barrett will make every effort to reschedule to client's satisfaction, however weather related cancellations do not automatically qualify for refund. Hardship cases will be reviewed on a per incident basis, and are contingent upon Castle Barrett Event Center being able to re-book the date.

In order to provide the finest service to your group, it is important that Castle Barrett be aware of all function time changes that your group may have. Note that all functions will be set 30 minutes prior to their stated time.

Castle Barrett reserves the right to re-allocate space in the following cases: increase or decrease in attendance, mechanical failures, or accessibility for service.

Prices/Surcharges

A 15% service charge, 2.5% restaurant tax and 7% sales tax will be added to all beverage items.

Gratuity is at your discretion.

Castle Barrett can be used as an on-site ceremony location.

We are also available for your wedding showers, rehearsal dinner, gift opening brunch or bachelor and bachelorette parties.
