Castle Barrett will charge a bartender fee of $15.00 per hour with a three (3) hour minimum for each bartender. One bartender will be supplied for each 100 guests.
Deposits for beverages are as follows: 50% of the estimated charges thirty days prior to the event; the remaining 50% of the estimate, commensurate with the guaranteed guest count, no later than three (3) business days prior to the event.
At Castle Barrett we only charge for what is consumed. We never charge a bottle opening fee.
We reserve the right to discontinue serving without notice should we find that a minor is consuming alcoholic beverages or when Nebraska law is being violated by a guest.
No beverages are to be taken outside.
A 15% service charge, 2.5% restaurant tax and 7% sales tax will be added to all prices for open bar services.
Gratuity is at your discretion.
Food Arrangements
We are allowing you to bring in your own catered food.
Castle Barrett will not be held responsible for any food that is brought into or taken from the building.
