The use of the china, glassware, stainless steel flatware, white linen tablecloths & napkins, votive candles, skirting for buffet, cake, gift & guest book table. Also included is our professionally trained wait staff.

Parking is always free at Castle Barrett! Food & Beverage Service Policies
All food served at Castle Barrett will be provided by the facility. The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the State of Nebraska & Castle Barrett is responsible for the administration of these regulations. All food & beverage menu planning, room set-up & other details should be arranged 14 days in advance. Any food & beverage functions canceled within 96 hours of the event is subject to a cancellation charge. Proper food handling mandates that no food items will be allowed to leave the premises after the event is over. General Banquet Information
Thank you for considering Castle Barrett for your function. In order to make your gathering a memorable & satisfying event, it is necessary to establish a complete understanding of each party's responsibilities. In an effort to do this, the following information is provided for your consideration.Guarantees
A final confirmation or "guarantee" of your anticipated number of guests is required by 12:00 noon, three (3) business days before any banquet function. This guarantee may not be reduced. Castle Barrett will prepare 5% over the guaranteed number. If the guarantee is increased within 24 hours of the function, Castle Barrett will reserve the right to substitute entrees for the additional guests. You will be charged for the number of guests guaranteed or the number of guests actually served, whichever is higher. Prices/Surcharges
A 15% service charge & applicable sales tax will be added to all food & beverage items. Function Rooms
Castle Barrett reserves the right to re-allocate space in the following cases: increase or decrease in attendance, mechanical failures, or accessibility for service.Timing of Functions
In order to provide the finest service to your group, it is important that Castle Barrett be aware of all function time changes that your group may have. Note that all functions will be set 30 minutes prior to their stated time. All continental & simple breakfasts are served for one (1) hour, refreshed & replenished as necessary during this time. All breakfast, lunch & dinner buffets are serviced for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, refreshed & replenished as necessary during this time.
