Cold Buffet
Our cold buffet includes your choice of three cold meats, two cheeses & two salads.
The buffet includes assorted breads & condiments. Also includes seasonal fruit tray with fruit dip & vegetable tray with ranch dip.

Hot Buffet
Our hot buffet includes your choice of two main entrees, a choice of side, choice of vegetable & a choice of one dessert. Hot buffet also includes tossed greens with a choice of dressing & dinner rolls. Coffee & tea are served during the meal.

Grilled Faire
With our grilled faire, you choose two grilled items such as smoked & slow cooked baby back pork ribs, BBQ chicken breasts, grilled beer bratwurst with saurerkraut & onions, marinated beef/chicken kabobs, etc. Includes three sides & one dessert.

Sit Down Dinners
We have many wonderful sit down dinners to choose from. Examples include: 8 oz. filet mignon, prime rib, chicken breast mornay & salmon filet in dill sauce. Please call to get a complete list. Dinners include a choice of one potato/rice & a choice of vegetable.

Castle Barrett will charge a bartender fee of $10.00 per hour with a three (3) hour minimum for each bartender. One bartender will be supplied for each 100 guests.
We reserve the right to discontinue serving without notice should we find that a minor is consuming alcholic beverages or when Nebraska law is being violated by a guest.
